Where the answers come from
- Police force area: Office for National Statistics postcode data via postcodes.io (Open Government Licence).
- Crown Court and magistrates' court locations: GOV.UK Find a court or tribunal (HMCTS).
- Prisons: GOV.UK prison pages (postcodes) and the HMPPS prison population bulletin. Where a prison's page has no postcode, its town is used and marked “approx.”.
- Local crime: data.police.uk, latest month published.
